Institutional Life Services was founded in 2007 as a joint venture between Goldman Sachs and Genworth Financial to provide industry-leading life settlement services. In 2016, ILS was acquired by its management team. Efficiency, client experience, and transparency underscore our business approach to this day.
ILS’ team consists of more than 30 professionals who operate as close-knit units governed by a fundamental respect for transaction privacy and information confidentiality. The company is led by well-regarded industry experts with decades of experience who have worked together since 2011.
